Order of the queue
Replies are not instant. Messages about a broken menu or a privacy request are read first; ideas and price questions follow.
What to put in a message about your menu

| What you were trying to do: paste a list, import a photo, print, or choose a plan. | Points to the right step. |
| The page address you were on and the paper size and style you picked. | Lets us reproduce the layout. |
| For a wrong result, the text you pasted (or a note about the photo) and what you expected instead. | Shows what the sorting step got wrong. Please do not send card numbers; the site never asks for them. |
| Your browser and device, if printing looked wrong. | Print output differs between browsers. |
Taking your email off the list
If you left an email at the pricing step and want it removed, write to the address above with the word “remove”. See the privacy page for what is stored.
The footer feedback button
The site also has a feedback button in the footer (“Price question or ready to buy? Message the menu desk”) that sends a short message without opening your mail program.
